CapFABB Leadership Elections

Dear CapFABB Members,

This has been a long time coming. As we continue to grow, we’ve realized that we need additional support in managing our group and new ideas from different members. Essentially, we need your help! While the process might be tricky, we feel that the best way to enlist that help and add to our leadership team is to hold an open nomination process. We don’t want to have an election, as we want to avoid “winners” and “losers” as much as possible. You are all important to us! However, it’s possible not everyone will be able to hold a leadership position, as there may be more people interested than we have roles for and we are looking for people to help with specific responsibilities (though there will be flexibilty). But we will do our best to make this a fair and transparent process, so please bear with us! If you have any specific concerns or questions, please email us ASAP at info@capfabb.com so we can address them.

Know of someone who would be great in one of the below leadership roles? Want to be a part of the CapFABB team yourself? Fill out the form with your suggestions! We look forward to growing our team!

Nominations CLOSED!
